We want you to be obsessed with anything that you purchase from us, so if for some reason you aren't loving your order you may send in your items for an exchange, or store credit. Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case.


  1. Send us an email to within 10 business days from the date of purchase  so we can approve the item you are returning.
  2. After you receive approval, ship the item back to our address:

  1. All items must be shipped to the Peace of Punk Returns Department and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your emailed approval. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number and emailing us the tracking so we know when to expect your return. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. 
  2. IF your items have been returned to us without approval, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. IF applicable, a 20% restocking fee will be charged if Peace of Punk keeps the return item, and a store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. 

The following items are FINAL SALE:

  • Sale Items (anything discounted 20% or more) . {all final sale items will be marked on the website and on your packing slip}
  • Jewelry/Accessories
  • All Seasonal + Holiday Items
  • Eyewear/Hair Accessories
  • Bodysuits

 Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.

Direct refunds will not be issued for returns, instead a store credit will be issued to the customer. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us immediately at and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.


  • Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can either:
  • Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 14 days) for a refund.
  • Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like. 

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
